It's a screen time, children's education is a major problem during the Corona crisis.

Therefore, in addition to starting education in COVID-19 time, their safety has to be taken into consideration. With this in mind, online education is being emphasized everywhere today.

Today, our children are learning a variety of things at home, embracing such a big shift from classroom learning to online learning. It is quite difficult to get the attention of our special kids to the same repetitive tasks.

However, such an initiative has started from doing “IEP — Individualized Education Program” The IEP, Individualized Education Program, is a written document that's developed for each Public-School child who is eligible for special education. The IEP is created through a team effort.

Our special teachers contact the parents of the children through video calls and make this IEP. Through this app, our special teachers complete the goals set for them regarding individual lessons and activities of the children on a daily basis.

Some activities that are taken virtually include brushing, washing hands with soap, bathing with soap, wiping nose with handkerchief, speaking at appropriate intervals, summing up, identifying notes, teaching one's own address and contact number, combing hair, washing clothes, digging pits and planting trees, Body fitness etc
.
In this, the children need to be accompanied by their parents so that they can complete the study given to them by the children.

We will share some such IEP with you, so as to share some of the activities that involve in some of them.

The only difficulty we face here is that a lot of parents do not even have access to a feature phone which can be used for regular calls as many kids belong to tribal areas. We are also facing network issues but despite this Suhit strives to reach as many kids as possible.
